It’s not so much what we do that defines our experience but how we feel when we’re doing it. And that is always in our control.

Fall in love with yourself.

My mission is to empower others to heal, connect with their deepest knowing, and bravely express the unique magic of their life. No one can do your life like you can. You and your journey are incomparable, irreplaceable, and essential. Through my music, writing, and coaching, I pour myself into the message that you are okay exactly as you are. My purpose is to compassionately and intuitively help guide you to the answers, peace, and truth that are already yours. By removing obstacles and questioning old patterns, together we can create the space for you to tap into the sacred wisdom within you and forge a wildly satisfying future.

Words.

The key to authenticity is accessing all that you are. By giving yourself permission to be fully human, you unleash limitless creative potential. Your creativity may be channeled through dentistry, caring for your family, painting, or designing a website. All work is creative work.

My creativity flows through words. In what ways were you born to express yourself?

In your own words.

“I had seen countless therapists and healers without ever really experiencing the kind of growth that resulted in feelings of ease. And then I met Shauna. Shauna taught me how to parent myself while being my own best friend and created a framework of understanding for my life that fosters peace and a sense of possibility. Regardless of where you have come from or where you are going, Shauna’s insights will provide encouragement, healing, and a new vision for your future.”

“My work with Shauna taught me how to trust myself. Growing up in a household where I never felt like I was enough, I have a tendency to sabotage myself and the opportunities that come my way. Shauna’s empathy and lack of judgement made me feel completely comfortable opening up to her and I am so glad I did. She helped me clarify why I behave the way I do and break old patterns that were extremely limiting. This woman is brilliant and has the patience of a saint!”
